Welcome to the Team Signups page! Before you fill out the form, please be sure to look over the checklist below and make sure that you are all set to go before submitting the form!
If you have not already decided, you may look through the team pages to figure out which team you wish to join. Your site does not need to fit a certain theme to join a particular team! You may have a site dedicated to a movie on the Whiskers N tails team if you like! The only exception to this is the Pet's Rock team, which is a complete pet competition.

B) Do you have a guestbook that allows html and your email address on your site somewhere?
C) Do you have the Waiting For Approval Banner and a Membership Banner posted and linked correctly (these can be found on the Rules and Guidelines page)?
