Chicken and Dressing

Ingredients

1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. sage
Chicken Breasts, boiled and de-boned
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup chopped celery
1 large skillet cornbread, crumbled
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 cups chicken broth
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

Boil Chicken..Save broth. Preheat oven to 450. Lightly grease 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Melt butter in skillet; saute celery and onions until tender, about 3 minutes. In large mixing bowl, combine cornbread, cooked celery and onions, sage and black pepper. Stir broth, eggs, soup and chicken into cornbread mixture blending well. Pour into baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until a golden brown.

You can use any chicken parts..it's better if you use chicken breasts. This is sooo good..made the recipe up myself and it's a hit at family gatherings. *S*
