Title: Spritelings OR Sprites (for Females)
Responsibilites: The Spritelings and Sprites as well as The Enchanted Garden are here at The Fantasy Fights to spread goodness, light and good cheer. We promote spirit in the fighters as well as amongst the team leaders. We are assigned sites each week by our Sprite/Elf Leader and we must check out the current fighters to be sure that they are still following within the rules that have been set forth for competition. Sprites submit a report to their Team's Sprite Leader on a weekly basis with their findings in their assigned sites to dust. This report in turn is then forwarded to their Head Sprite and their Team Leader. The Sprites also sign the fighters guestbooks provided they have one, if not then an email is sent out, letting the fighter know that we have been by and have sprinkled them with our Sprite Sprinkles. You must be a member of Fantasy Fights for 2 weeks before signing up as a Sprite. All ages are welcome..

Also Spritelings/Sprites are now limited to only Spriting for 3 teams, we have
come across the problem where some Sprites do many teams and
when the time arises that they must leave Fantasy Fights
there are too many vacancies left to fill.
Requirement?: A Recommendation is required from FF Staff.
Spritelings are aged 17 and below and Sprites aged 18 and above.

 

Title: Sprite Leaders Or Elf Leaders
Responsibilities: Sprite Leaders and Elf Leaders are the individual Leaders of their Team Sprites/Elves that are assigned to them. They are assigned to a team of their choice (unless it is already taken) and they hand out assignments to their Sprites/Elves assigned to them on a weekly basis. The reports that are generated from these assignments are then in turn sent to the Sprite/Elf Leaders by the end of the week, so they may turn them into the Head Sprite as well as the Team Leaders. Sprites/Elves promote awards, spirit and happiness within their team of Sprites/Elves and dust fighters guestbooks and go around leaving good luck messages to the fighters and/or sending gifts from the gift shop. They need to also be able to work with their Team Leader that they are assigned to, to help keep spirit alive and activities going within the team they are assigned to. A Sprite/Elf Leader must be 16 years old or above and realize the committment that is being made to their Leader duties. You must also be a member of Fantasy Fights for at least 3 weeks before signing up to be a Sprite/Elf Leader.
Minimum Age Requirement?: Yes (16) Recommendations are Required From FF Staff.
Please note any Sprite Leader/Elf Leader falling under the category of being aged 17 and below will be known as Junior Sprite/Elf Leader until they reach the age of 18.
