Gryphon Central
Knights of the Roundtable
Sprites (Females) and Elves (Males) should get their assignments in each week on time.
The reports are needed so Team Leaders are able to know about any problems on a
member's site.
| Responsibilities: |
The Enchanted Garden Sprites are here at the Fantasy Fights to spread goodness, light and good cheer. We promote spirit in the fighters as well as amongst the team leaders. We are assigned sites each week by our Sprite/Elf Leader and we must check out the current fighters to be sure that they are still following the rules set forth for competition. Sprites submit a report to their team's sprite leader on a weekly basis with their findings in their assigned sites to dust. The sprites also sign the fighter's guestbooks, provided they have one. Sprites are limited to joining 3 teams. There have been problems when a Sprite leaves or needs an LOA and there are too many positions to fill.

| Requirements: |
You must be a member of Fantasy Fights for 2 weeks before signing up. Sprites/Elves should be at least 13 or older. |

Sprite Leader positions require responsibility so that assignments are
setup on time each week.
| Responsibilities: |
Sprite Leaders and Elf Leaders are the individual Leaders of their Team Sprites/Elves that are assigned to them. They are assigned to a team of their choice (unless it is already taken) and they hand out assignments to their Sprites/Elves assigned to them on a weekly basis. The reports that are generated from these assignments are then in turn sent to the Sprite/Elf Leaders by the end of the week. They need to also be able to work with their Team Leader that they are assigned to, to help keep spirit alive and activities going within the team they are assigned to. |
| Requirements: |
You must be a member of Fantasy Fights for 3 weeks before signing up. Sprite/Elf Leaders must be 16 or older to signup. |

Team Leader positions require a great responsibility and should only be considered if you
are serious about helping out.
| Responsibilities: |
Team Leaders take complete care of their teams. Each night they count the votes and cheers and post them to their team pages. During the weekends, score tables must be cleared and setup for the new week, awards are made and email rosters are sent out. Team Leaders also take care of any problems that arise on their teams with members (members not following the rules, minor disputes, questions or problems). They help promote spirit on their team and make sure everything continues to run smoothly. Signup requests should only be done if you are serious about being a Team Leader and will remain for more than a few weeks or months. |
| Requirements: |
You must be 18 or older and know what a big responsibility being a team leader is. Time must be made to take care of the scores every night, do awards and setup pages on the weekends as well as answer emails from members during the week if needed. Team Leaders need to know how to edit a website, be able to upload using an FTP program and know how to make graphics. A recommendation by staff is preferred, but non-Fantasy Fights members with experience will not be overlooked. You will be required to read over and agree to a set of Staff Rules before you are allowed to become a Team Leader. |
